Executive Assistant to Executive Leadership (12 month contract)

About the Role

Are you seeking an opportunity to have an impact by bringing structure, organization, and excellent stakeholder management to the leadership team? Join us and help us build to reshape and the future of property payment and technology!

This is a 6 month maternity coverage.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support to 4 leaders in the C-Suite including complex calendar management for internal and external meetings, scheduling interviews, booking travel and expense management.
  • Building and scheduling onboarding plans for leaders joining the company
  • Plan, coordinate and ensure events and offsites come off flawlessly to include senior leadership offsites and support for end of year (July and December).
  • Liase with the Board to schedule board meetings, one to one meetings, and administrative support to coordination submission of compliance documentation and Board documentation as required.
  • Support the Chief People Officer with managing the operations of the Executive Leadership Team and the day to day invoicing and spend tracking for global HR vendors.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support the executives.

What You’ll Need

  • Experienced executive assistant with successful track report of supporting the C-Suite in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Incredibly organised and detail-oriented with a proven ability to prioritise multiple assignments.
  • Must be a builder – someone who thrives in environments which are not well oiled and highly structured.
  • Able to think, plan and execute quickly and resourcefully both autonomously and as part of a broader team.
  • Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last-minute changes.
  • Be self-directed and take initiative.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven establishment of solid connections to build successful relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written, project, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in employee productivity tools like Google, Microsoft 365, Slack, Sli.do and more!
