About the Role

As our first Global Head of Talent Acquisition, your mission will be to help design and build the strategies, programs, and processes from the ground up to raise the bar in our recruiting excellence. You will report to our new Chief People Officer and lead a team of two direct reports and several indirect reports, acting as a player-coach to support hiring at all levels across the United Kingdom, Spain, South Africa, Australia, India, Portugal and the USA.

What you'll do

  • Build our global strategy to support hiring excellence: Define and drive the international talent attraction and acquisition strategy. By cultivating deeply valued partnerships with the leadership team, you’ll anticipate growth demands and future capability requirements to deliver diverse, top talent on demand.
  • Inspire and lead a top-performing lean team: Build and develop a highly engaged team delivering high-value services. Activate a growth mindset in the team to tap into diverse ideas and solutions. Coach, mentor, and support the team to achieve their career best.
  • Build excellence in assessment and selection: Continuously challenge how we hire and improve the end-to-end hiring process. Leverage tech and high-touch approaches for effective and efficient selection. Create and execute scaleable, high-impact training and development programs to enhance our hiring teams’ ability to assess talent.
  • Develop and execute talent attraction strategies: Partner with the leadership team to bring our Employer Value Proposition to life. Provide unforgettable 5-star experiences to candidates to build our reputation in key recruiting markets as an employer of choice.
  • Leverage data to inform decisions: Build meaningful data dashboards for real-time reporting of hiring metrics targeted to hiring stakeholders. Ground recruiting performance in data aligned with our company goals.

What you'll need

  • You have leadership experience building talent acquisition foundations from the ground up in a dynamic technology-focused environment supporting sales, corporate, and tech hiring.
  • You are agile and comfortable in a player-coach role, balancing the operational delivery of a hiring plan while problem-solving for the future.
  • You are a master at balancing all levels of stakeholders while facing off with an executive-level leadership team.
  • You have many examples of how you have personally influenced hiring excellence through data-informed decision-making.
  • You are passionate about excellence and can inspire others to the highest standards by leading by example.
  • You have outstanding communication skills and can engage and adapt to all different types of situations authentically.
  • You care about people and have lots of empathy, so you are known for building trust quickly.
  • You have excellent project management skills and can own and deliver initiatives with varying complexity.
