September 2026 Release: Redpin Payments gets a make over

Redpin is making it easier for professionals to manage the actions that move a property deal forward. Whether you're preparing for completion or managing multiple actions across a transaction, the latest update is designed to keep things moving.

What’s new this month

A redesigned workspace experience that helps you see what needs to happen next and manage key actions from one place.

Feature 1: Faster completion schedule

The challenge

Getting a property transaction to completion involves a lot of moving parts. You may need to request payments, collect bank account details, set up disbursements often while managing several transactions at once.

Redpin already gives you the tools to manage these actions, but finding the next step could mean navigating between different areas of the platform. That creates extra work when your focus should be on getting the transaction over the line.

And some actions had to happen in a fixed sequence. Previously, for example, you needed to wait for your client to authorise your request to access their Redpin wallet before preparing disbursements.

The solution

Redpin has been organising itself around the transaction itself and the actions needed to move it towards completion day.

The redesigned workspace gives you a clearer view of where a transaction stands and what needs to happen next. New Next Best Actions bring the most relevant tasks into one place, so you can request payments, collect participant bank details, and configure disbursements without jumping between different parts of Redpin.

You can now also prepare key actions in parallel. That means you can set up disbursements before being granted access to your clients’ wallet, helping you get more of the transaction ready ahead of completion day.

Getting started

These changes are already live. Simply log in to your Redpin account to explore the new workspace experience, view Next Best Actions, or configure disbursements in advance.

We’ll be rolling out more features designed to make the journey to completion simpler and more intuitive, with future releases continuing to remove friction across the transaction lifecycle.
